JapTap is a peaceful, spiritual space built to support devotees in their daily mantra practice. To ensure that all users experience a respectful and distraction-free environment, we ask every user to follow these Community Guidelines.
1 Respectful Behaviour
JapTap is a place of devotion. All users must conduct themselves with respect, dignity, and sincerity.
✅ Treat the app as a spiritual tool and use it with sincerity.
✅ Maintain a peaceful attitude while using the application.
✅ Respect the spiritual nature of mantra chanting.
✅ Use the app for personal spiritual practice only.
2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly not allowed on JapTap:
❌ Creating fake or fraudulent accounts.
❌ Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
❌ Using the app for any illegal activity or purpose.
❌ Sharing your login credentials with others.
❌ Misusing the Backup & Restore feature.
❌ Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the application.
❌ Submitting abusive or inappropriate content through support channels.
3 Account Integrity
Each JapTap account is personal and must be used only by the registered individual. Creating multiple accounts for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited.
✅ Use your real name and accurate details during registration.
✅ Keep your account credentials confidential.
✅ Inform us immediately if your account is compromised.
4 Respect for Spirituality
JapTap is built with the intention of Seva — service to devotees. Users are expected to honour the spiritual nature of the application and not misuse it in any way that disrespects faith, devotion, or the community of spiritual practitioners.
❌ Do not mock or disrespect any mantra, spiritual tradition, or faith.
❌ Do not use the app to spread misinformation about any religion.
❌ Do not misrepresent the purpose of the application.
5 Support & Communication
When contacting JapTap support, users must:
✅ Communicate politely and clearly.
✅ Provide accurate information about any issue reported.
✅ Allow reasonable time for support responses.
6 Consequences of Violation
Violation of these Community Guidelines may result in:
Account Warning → Account Suspension → Permanent Account Termination
In case of illegal activity, we reserve the right to report the matter to appropriate legal authorities.
